District Police Officer Dr. Naveed Atif attended the seminar as chief guest and, along with other speakers, stressed the need to adopt healthy, balanced, and disciplined lifestyles.

Moreover, he urged participants to act actively and responsibly in spreading awareness about health and well-being within society.

On this occasion, addressing the gathering, the DPO emphasized that a strong, vibrant, and healthy population forms the backbone of a prosperous and peaceful nation. Furthermore, he encouraged the youth to stay firmly committed to positive habits and to avoid harmful practices that could undermine their future.
