An anti-terrorism court (ATC) on Wednesday indicted 25 workers of proscribed Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan in a case related to arson, vandalism and alleged violence against police officials
LAHORE, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 20th May, 2026) An anti-terrorism court (ATC) on Wednesday indicted 25 workers of proscribed Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan in a case related to arson, vandalism and alleged violence against police officials.
ATC Judge Shahid Sikandar conducted the hearing, during which the accused were produced from jail to face trial proceedings.
The court formally framed charges against the accused; however, they denied the allegations and pleaded not guilty. Following the denial, the court summoned prosecution witnesses to record their statements.

According to the prosecution, the case was registered at Shahdara Town Police Station under FIR No. 34/59/25. The accused have been charged with involvement in arson, vandalism and attacking police personnel.
The list of accused includes Falak Sher, Mubashir Idrees, Ghulam Murtaza and Ali Abbas, among others. Out of the 25 accused, six are currently on bail.
