CEO health inspects facilities,seals quack clinic

GUJRAT, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 3rd Apr, 2026) Chief Executive Officer (CEO) District Health Authority,Dr.Syed Atta-ul-Munim on Friday conducted inspections of several health facilities in the district and sealed an illegal clinic.

According to a spokesperson,Dr.Atta-ul-Munim visited Rural Health Centre (RHC) Tanda,Maryam Nawaz clinics in Sheikh Choghani and Lakhanwal and Civil Hospital Jalalpur Jattan.

At RHC Tanda,he checked staff attendance and reviewed the functioning of laboratory,X-ray,dental and immunization units. He expressed concern over low delivery cases and directed staff to enhance performance.

The CEO also instructed lady health workers to actively reach out to pregnant women and promote free maternal healthcare services.

During the visit,Dr.Atta-ul-Munim accompanied by Deputy District Health Officer,Dr.Muhammad Usman Naeem sealed a quack clinic in Madri Khokhran and shifted a patient to a government health facility.

He further directed officials to improve healthcare services and ensure uninterrupted operations at all centers.
