Chairman Senate condoles death of mother of Syed Imran Ahmed Shah

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 9th Apr, 2026) Chairman Senate Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani on Thursday expressed deep sorrow and grief over the demise of the mother of Federal Minister for Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety, Syed Imran Ahmed Shah.

In a condolence message, the Chairman of the Senate extended heartfelt sympathies to Syed Imran Ahmed Shah and his bereaved family.

He said that the loss of a mother is an irreparable tragedy, adding that a mother’s love and affection can never be replaced.

Gilani prayed that Allah Almighty may grant eternal peace to the departed soul and bestow patience upon the bereaved family.

He also expressed solidarity with Syed Imran Ahmed Shah and his family in this hour of grief.
