A training workshop was organized on Friday at DPO office Chiniot to promote positive attitudes of police personnel towards the public

CHINIOT, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 10th Apr, 2026) A training workshop was organized on Friday at DPO office Chiniot to promote positive attitudes of police personnel towards the public.

According APP correspondent, the workshop was held on the orders of IG Punjab Abdul Karim, aligning with Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif's vision.

Senior police officers, religious scholars, doctors, and investigation officers participated, discussing treatment of citizens and promoting kindness at police stations.

Police personnel were directed to adopt correct behavior and positive policing.

DPO Chiniot Dr. Naveed Atif emphasized changing police station culture through such initiatives.

The workshop aimed to improve community-police relations. Such training courses will continue phased manner, ensuring a shift towards community-friendly policing in Chiniot.
