Court summons witnesses for testimony in terrorism case

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 16th Feb, 2026) Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) on Monday summoned witnesses for testimony in a terrorism case against PTI Leaders pertaining to protest at Faizabad location on disqualification of PTI founder.

ATC Judge Tahir Abbas Sapra heard the case.

Due to unavailability of prosecution witnesses, statements of more witnesses could not be recorded. The defense lawyers could not cross-examine witnesses today either.

The court directed to present the witnesses at the next hearing and adjourned the hearing till March 5.

A case has been registered against PTI leaders under terrorism provisions in Police Station I-9.
