DC reviews services at e-Khidmat Centre

SIALKOT, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 13th Apr, 2026) Deputy Commissioner Saba Asghar Ali visited the e-Khidmat Centre Sialkot and reviewed public facilitation services.

She expressed satisfaction over service delivery, transparency, and facilities provided to citizens.

According to a DC office spokesperson, e-Khidmat centres across Punjab have recently achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification, reflecting adherence to international standards.

During the visit, the deputy commissioner presented the ISO certificate to Centre Manager Waqqas Gondal, calling it a result of the team’s hard work and professionalism. She emphasized that provision of efficient and timely services to citizens remains a top priority.
