Five gangsters arrested

RAWALPINDI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 26th Mar, 2026) Rawal Division police have arrested five suspects belonging to three gangs involved in robbery, motorcycle theft and other theft incidents, recovering stolen items and weapons, police spokesman said on Thursday.

According to details, Waris Khan police apprehended a three-member gang involved in robbery cases and recovered seven snatched mobile phones, Rs. 6,000.

0 in cash and weapons from their possession. Similarly, Ganjmandi police arrested a suspect involved in robbery and theft incidents and recovered a snatched mobile phone, Rs. 20,000.0 and weapons.

Meanwhile, City police arrested another suspect involved in motorcycle theft and recovered two stolen motorcycles along with Rs. 20,000.0 obtained from the sale of a stolen bike.

Overall, police recovered two stolen motorcycles, Rs. 46,000.0 in cash, eight mobile phones and weapons during the operations.
