The first 14 matches of HBL PSL 2026 were held in Lahore while the remaining fixtures are currently being played at the National Stadium in Karachi.
KARACHI: (UrduPoint/UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News-April 13rd, 2026) The points table of the HBL Pakistan Super League is beginning to take shape as 20 matches of the tournament have been completed, with each of the eight participating teams having played five matches each.
The first 14 matches of HBL PSL 2026 were held in Lahore, while the remaining fixtures are currently being played at the National Stadium in Karachi. The 20th match of the tournament was played between Karachi Kings and Hyderabad Kingsmen.
In the latest match, Hyderabad Kingsmen secured their first victory of the season by defeating Karachi Kings by four wickets. Despite the win, they have now suffered four defeats in the tournament and currently sit seventh on the points table. Below them is the Rawalpindi-based team, which remains winless so far.
Hyderabad Kingsmen had earlier lost their first four matches against Lahore Qalandars, Quetta Gladiators, Multan Sultans, and Peshawar Zalmi.
The Rawalpindi team has also struggled, suffering defeats against Peshawar Zalmi, Karachi Kings, Islamabad United, Multan Sultans, and Quetta Gladiators.
Defending champions Lahore Qalandars and Quetta Gladiators are placed fifth and sixth respectively on the points table, with four points each. Both teams have registered two wins and three defeats.
Karachi Kings occupy fourth position with six points, having won three matches and lost two.
Islamabad United are placed third with seven points, recording three wins, one defeat, while one match was affected by rain.
Multan Sultans hold second position with eight points after winning four matches and losing one.
Meanwhile, Peshawar Zalmi remain unbeaten in the tournament so far, with four wins and one abandoned match due to rain, placing them at the top of the points table with nine points.
