IHC disposes of pre-arrest bail plea of TikToker Dr Fazila Abbasi

The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Wednesday disposed of the pre-arrest bail petition of TikToker Dr Fazila Abbasi in a money laundering case, directing her to approach the trial court

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 8th Apr, 2026) The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Wednesday disposed of the pre-arrest bail petition of TikToker Dr Fazila Abbasi in a money laundering case, directing her to approach the trial court.

Justice Muhammad Azam Khan heard the case. During the proceedings, Dr Fazila Abbasi appeared before the court along with her counsel, Naeem Bukhari.

The court was informed that, in compliance with earlier directions, the petitioner had already appeared before the trial court, which granted her interim bail.

The high court instructed Dr Fazila Abbasi to appear before the trial court again on Monday and disposed of the pre-arrest bail application.

Earlier, the court had directed her to join the investigation while maintaining her interim bail and advising her to seek relief from the trial court. The case was registered by the Federal Investigation Agency under money laundering charges.
