According to a spokesperson, the initiative aims to ensure comprehensive documentation of artists, cultural organizations, and institutions, promote cultural activities, and support future policymaking in the sector.

Applications have been invited from individual artists, artist associations, art councils, cultural centers, societies, trusts, welfare organizations, and NGOs.

However, only those entities will be eligible that are legally registered in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and are actively engaged in the field of arts and culture.
