QUETTA, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 25th Mar, 2026) Governor Balochistan Jaffar Khan Mandokhel on Wednesday said that role of lawyers is essential for ensuring affordable and provision of timely justice to poor and helpless people in society.

He expressed these views while interacting with the legal community under the leadership of Advocate Attaullah Lango, President of the Balochistan High Court Bar Association called on him at Governor House.

The Governor said that lawyers are the most sensitive and intelligent people of our society, due to their profession, the scope of lawyers is very wide.

He said that therefore, they have the responsibility to instill a sense of rights and duties in the public and instill a sense of patriotism in the emerging youth.

The Governor mentioned that lawyers play an important role in ensuring affordable and timely justice for the poor and helpless people of our society, bridging the gap between the law and those who need it the most.

He said that by fulfilling this responsibility well, lawyers could have a profound impact on the society by promoting the trend of justice, equality and service to the people.

On this occasion, Governor Mandokhel said that our lawyers are the guardians and servants of law and democracy.

He said that undoubtedly, through you, democratic attitudes and a sense of responsibility are also strengthened in the society.

Governor Mandokhel assured full cooperation in ensuring the rights and protection of lawyers and finding lasting solutions to the problems they face.

The delegation also invited Governor Balochistan Jaffar Khan Mandokhel to address the High Court Bar Association.
