Ombudsman advisor hears public complaints in Salanwali

SARGODHA, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 29th Apr, 2026) Advisor to the Ombudsman Punjab Sargodha Region,Muhammad Ilyas Gul on Wednesday visited Sillanwali under the Public Service Program,where he held meetings with local stakeholders and heard public complaints.

During an introductory session with members of the Press Club Sillanwali,Gul listened to grievances and directed officials present on the occasion to address several issues on the spot.

Addressing a gathering of local dignitaries at the Municipal Hall, he highlighted the effectiveness of the Ombudsman Punjab’s Public Service Program and shared details regarding the resolution of complaints related to various government departments.

He also visited the land record Center Sillanwali and expressed satisfaction over its functioning.

Gul said the visits to tehsils were being carried out on the instructions of the Provincial Ombudsman to facilitate citizens who were unable to travel to Sargodha for lodging complaints.

He added that the initiative was yielding positive results, ensuring timely relief to people at their doorstep.
