Operation Banyan-ul-Marsoos's first anniversary: Balochistan minister pays tribute to armed forces

QUETTA, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 5th May, 2026) On the first anniversary of the Marka-e-Haq, Operation Banyan-ul-Marsoos, Provincial Minister for education Raheela Hameed Durrani on Tuesday offered heartfelt tributes to armed forces and security institutions, praising their sacrifices and resilience in safeguarding the nation.

Marking May 5 as a shining chapter in Pakistan’s defense history, Raheela Durrani emphasized that the operation crushed hostile designs and reaffirmed the country’s strength.

“Our soldiers have written stories of loyalty with their blood, stories that make the entire nation proud,” she said in a special message.

Highlighting the leadership of the military command, she noted that Pakistan’s defense had become more invincible than ever, with secure borders and a nation standing tall.

“The way this operation broke the enemy’s backbone proved that Pakistan has the full capacity to shatter any hand raised against its sovereignty,” she added.

Raheela Durrani also reflected on Pakistan’s growing stature on the global stage, pointing to its role in easing middle Eastern tensions and mediating conflicts. “Our armed forces are not only guardians of our borders but ambassadors of peace worldwide,” she remarked.

Raheela Durrani said, “the mothers who gave their sons for the fragrance of this soil are truly great. The blood of our martyrs proclaims that Pakistan was created , and we will go to any length to ensure its survival.”

Reaffirming national unity, the minister declared that the entire nation was standing like a wall of steel alongside its military, committed to continuing the journey of progress and prosperity.
