QUETTA, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 25th Mar, 2026) Chairman Standing Committee on Defense Production Senator Muhammad Abdul Qadir on Wednesday said that Pakistan has achieved extraordinary successes in its foreign policy during the last two years, which is the result of the leadership and strategic vision of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Field Marshal Asim Munir.

He said this while talking to APP, saying that under the leadership of both leaders, Pakistan not only maintained balance in the changing geopolitical situation at the global level but also played a successful, active and responsible diplomatic role at the global level.

He said that in particular, Pakistan’s hosting of the talks between the US and Iran is a major diplomatic success for Pakistan, this move has earned global recognition for Pakistan’s neutrality, confidence-building and role in conflict resolution.

Chairman Standing Committee on Defense Production Senator Muhammad Abdul Qadir said that Pakistan’s recent diplomatic progress would not only help reduce tensions in the region but could also further strengthen Pakistan’s reputation.

He said that Pakistan has created considerable balance and improvement in relations with China, the middle East, Europe and other regions in the recent period, which is a sign of a comprehensive and dynamic foreign policy.
