Passport offices to be opened in Paharpur, Panyala soon: Governor Kundi

DERA ISMAIL KHAN, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 2nd May, 2026) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Faisal Karim Khan Kundi has announced that new passport offices will soon be established in Paharpur and Panyala, emphasizing the government’s commitment to delivering practical facilities to the people instead of making empty promises.

He made these remarks while inaugurating the Independent College of English and Micro Trainings here on Chashma Road, Kacha-Mallikhel, Kirri Khaisour.

The governor said that following the provision of a NADRA office in Kirri Khaisour, similar steps are being taken to expand essential public services across the region.

Governor Kundi also highlighted that Paharpur has been granted district status by the provincial government and efforts are underway to ensure the early establishment of administrative offices, with both provincial and Federal governments playing their roles.
