PM, Iranian FM exchange views on current regional situation

ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 25th Apr, 2026) Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif Saturday said he and Foreign Minister of Iran Abbas Araghchi had a most warm and cordial exchange of views on the current regional situation.

In a post on X, he said, he was pleased to meet Seyed Abbas Araghchi, Foreign Minister of Iran, and his delegation in Islamabad.

"We discussed matters of mutual interest, including the further strengthening of Pakistan–Iran bilateral relations," he added.
