SARGODHA, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 5th May, 2026) The Special Operations Cell of Sargodha Police arrested a proclaimed offender, wanted for a murder case, upon his arrival at the airport after he attempted to enter the country in disguise, a police spokesperson of district police said on Tuesay.

The accused, identified as Abdul Wahab, had allegedly killed Muhammad Aslam and critically injured Muhammad Imran near Hathi wind village in the Bhera police station area in February 2022 over an old enmity before fleeing abroad.

Acting on a coordinated strategy to apprehend Proclaimed Offender, the police arrested the accused with the assistance of other law enforcement agencies as he tried to slip into the country secretly.
