SARGODHA, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 3rd Apr, 2026) Rescue 1122 Sargodha on Friday released its monthly report for March 2026,highlighting a swift and extensive emergency response across the district.
According to the report,the teams provided 4,843 first aid services during the month,maintaining an average response time of 6.3 minutes.
District Officer Rescue 1122,Mazher Hussain Shah told media that the service responded to 3482 emergencies in March, including 2125 medical cases.
The teams managed 221 road accidents,provided first aid to 1125 injured persons and transported them to hospitals.
The teams also responded to 11 fire incidents,rescuing people and recovering valuable household and electronic items and dealt with 51 crime related emergencies.
Mazher Hussain Shah added that awareness campaigns on life safety measures were conducted at schools,colleges and other educational institutions.
