Security guard killed as wall caves in

MULTAN, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 5th Apr, 2026) A security guard was killed after a mud wall collapsed on Vehari Road following torrential rains.

Rescue officials said the tragic incident occurred at the mixture plant of MRC Construction Company located near the motorway bridge, where the wall suddenly caved in due to heavy rainfall.

As a result, a security guard, identified as Fateh Sher, 54, son of Noor Ahmed, was trapped under the debris and died on the spot.

Rescue teams reached the scene, retrieved the body from the rubble, and attempted to revive the victim through CPR, but he could not survive.

Police concerned after completing legal formalities, handed over the body to the heirs.
