Sindh ministers, advisors to directly listen to public grievances at CM Cell

The Sindh Chief Minister’s Secretariat has taken an important step as the provincial ministers, advisors and special assistants of the Sindh Government will now sit in the Chief Minister Public Complaint Cell themselves to listen to public grievances

KARACHI, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 4th Jun, 2026) The Sindh Chief Minister’s Secretariat has taken an important step as the provincial ministers, advisors and special assistants of the Sindh Government will now sit in the Chief Minister Public Complaint Cell themselves to listen to public grievances.

According to the official circular, for the next few weeks government representatives will be present at the Chief Minister Secretariat Karachi in two time slots daily, said a statement on Thursday.

In the morning, one Minister or Special Assistant will meet the public and in the afternoon, another representative will hear complaints.

The aim of this step is that people should not have to run from office to office to get their problems solved. The Minister or Advisor will listen to the complaint directly and issue instructions to the relevant department on the spot.
