Teacher shot dead by husband in Shahdara

LAHORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 13th Apr, 2026) A tragic incident of shooting took place in the Shahdara area on Monday, where a government school teacher was killed by her husband over domestic dispute.

According to the police, the accused Ijaz gunned down his 53-year-old wife Shaista Naseem, who was working as a teacher in the Wandala Dayal Shah area of Teshal Ferozwala in Sheikhupura district.

City police registered case and launched investigation.
