Three held in theft cases, stolen valuables recovered

DERA ISMAIL KHAN, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 9th Apr, 2026) In a successful operation, the Dera police arrested three accused involved in multiple theft incidents and recovered stolen valuables, including laptops, batteries, and other equipment.

According to police spokesman, a team of Cantt police station led by its Station House Officer Arsalan Khan Gandapur conducted a raid near the Kutchehry and Judicial Complex areas.

The arrested accused were identified as Muhammad Rauf son of Muhammad Elahi Bakhsh, a resident of Basti Sheikhan Wali; Muhammad Osama son of Muhammad Saleem, a resident of Tariqabad; and Fazal Mehmood son of Muhammad Afzal, a resident of Tariqabad.

The police recovered a significant quantity of stolen items from their possession, including two laptops, one generator, one solar inverter, three batteries, a loader rickshaw, and multiple spare parts of motorcycles.

All three suspects have been taken into custody, and a case has been registered against them while further investigation is underway.
