Sadiq Public School hosts third edition of Art Festival 2026

BAHAWALPUR, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 24th Apr, 2026) The third edition of the Sadiq Art Festival 2026 was held at Sadiq Public School, Bahawalpur,showcasing vibrant artistic talent from across the region,here on Friday.

Organized by the school’s Art Club, the event featured a live painting competition in which 63 students from various educational institutions of Bahawalpur participated alongside 250 students of Sadiq Public School.

The festival also highlighted nearly 450 artworks at its Annual Art Exhibition 2026,reflecting diverse themes and creative expression by young artists.

The competition was adjudicated by renowned playwright,artist,painter and broadcaster Professor Agha Sadaf Mehdi, producer at FM 92.

6 IUB and former head of the Fine Arts Department at The Islamia University of Bahawalpur.

According to the results,Nabiha Salman of Resource Academia International School System secured first position in Category I (external students),while Ajwa Khalid of American International School clinched top position in Category II. In Category III, Rabia Fatima of Government Graduate College for Women,Satellite Town,Bahawalpur, was declared winner.

Among Sadiq Public School students, Muhammad Huzaifa emerged victorious in the boys’ category, while Meerab Fatima secured first position among girls.

The festival concluded with appreciation for the participating students and acknowledgment of their creative efforts.
